With news over the weekend of the Ethiopian air disaster, which killed 157 people including nine Brits, Britain and Ireland have joined a growing list of nations banning the Boeing 737 MAX 8 model in their airspace. The crash was the second disaster involving this specific plane model within the last five months, forcing the Civil Aviation Authority and European safety regulators to ground flights on these planes. Tens of thousands of British passengers are expected to be affected, but what does this mean for those who are hoping to travel over the next few days?
